The traditional Rubí joint scraper, with an ergonomic handle and two electrodeposited tungsten carbide plates with great resistance to abrasion.
These platelets can be combined with 1, 2 or 3 plates depending on the width of the installation joint to be emptied.
Each electrodeposited tungsten carbide plate has a thickness of 2 mm, so the minimum joint to work with this scraper is 2 mm, and the placement joint can be up to 6 mm wide.
The Rubí joint scraper is very practical for repair jobs in which we have to replace a few ceramic tiles.
By emptying the tile joint before replacing the broken ceramic tiles, we will reduce the risk of damaging the perimeter tiles that are in good condition.
And in the same way, we will gain space to place new parts, which could have small dimensional differences, if they belong to different production batches or from different manufacturers.
