SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are sent through different transport companies, the delivery time being variable depending on the destination location.
The delivery time is variable from 24 hours to 5 business days for the peninsular territory (except incidents caused by malfunction of the transport agency).
Shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Shipments to Spain (Peninsula)
Once the merchandise leaves our facilities, the usual delivery time is 48 hours.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands
The delivery time for the Balearic Islands, once you leave our facilities, is 48/72 hours.
Other destinations
Through the online purchase process, the different shipping rates and delivery times for any other destination (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, International) are shown.
The delivery time depends on the merchandise ordered, the average term being 5 working days.
