Description

Rubí spreaders obtain perfect finishes in any ceramic tile installation job.

Rubí manufactures the spreaders for joints with a high quality base material and, for this reason, they do not present any type of imperfections or burrs. The spacers for joints of 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 mm are recommended for the installation of ceramic tile coverings and floors with a minimum joint.

The solid structure of the spacers for joints of 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 mm has been designed to provide greater resistance to bending and crushing.

These properties make the 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 mm joint spacers highly recommended for covering large-format ceramic tiles.

The L (long) versions of the 2 and 3 mm spacers are perfect, both for wall tiles and for floors with large-format or rectified ceramic tiles, with fine joints.

The internal geometry of the 3 mm long and 4 mm joint spacers has been designed to provide greater resistance to bending and crushing.

These properties make 3mm long joint spacers highly recommended for large-format ceramic tile coverings.

The internal geometry of the spreaders for joints from 5 to 12 mm is hollow and has a design with internal reinforcements that allows them to withstand stresses and avoid crushing.

This hollow design facilitates the entry of the joint mortar and, if the type of installation allows it, leaving the crosshead inside the installation joint without this affecting its integrity in the future.

Rubí's reinforced 5 mm crosspieces are more rigid crosspieces, specially designed for use on pavements with large-format tiles.

The underside of the reinforced 5 mm crossbars is designed to offer a good seating in the bonding material and to facilitate, if the type of installation allows it, that the crosshead remains inside the installation joint without this being able to affect its integrity in the future.

The professional installer is well aware of the importance of using high-quality spacers, since the finish of his work can be seriously deteriorated due to imperfections and irregularities.
