Roller Ø 10 mm. Ruby GOLD
Not all ceramic materials are the same. For this reason, not all Rubí rodeles are the same.
Rubí manufactures its wheels and wheels in tungsten carbide, whose main characteristic is its high resistance to friction wear.
Most of the ceramic materials that, historically, have been used for the coating of surfaces, have used enamels and smooth finishes, with minimal roughness.
With the appearance of non-slip materials or rustic stoneware (especially suitable for exteriors), the roughness of the ceramic was increased.
In order to minimize the impact of this roughness, Rubí has designed the GOLD range on its wheels.
Each roll is rectified in a unitary way so that each diameter has an incision angle according to its function and use. Each roll diameter offers different results and performances, depending on the type of ceramic material for which they have been designed.
The recommended use of Rubí GOLD scoring wheels is in glazed stoneware (BIIa / BIb), rustic or extruded stoneware (AIIa / AIb) and porcelain stoneware (BIa) with smooth and / or slightly rough finishes.
The GOLD range of scoring wheels increases the resistance to natural wear of tungsten carbide, through a titanium coating. Thanks to this treatment, the Rubí's GOLD scoring wheels offer superior life to scoring wheels and rolling wheels SILVER. This increase in life, under the same conditions of use as a SILVER scoring wheel, this increase can be up to 50% more over the life of a SILVER scoring wheel.
Rubí's GOLD scoring wheels use a handle with a triple fluted geometry (Rubí's design and patent), which guarantees, at all times, a correct assembly on the blade. manual cutter, as well as a firm fixation and firm scratching without vibrations.
Forming the best combination to always obtain the best results.
